Feedback from our event

I would just like to say thank you so much for having us along to the Wiltshire Armed

Forces Day on the weekend. We truly had a tremendous event and managed to sign

up 20 new members, so I hope that lots of money and awareness was raised for the

armed forces.

Many thanks for your time and organising an amazing event. We would love to come again

in 2019

John Willmouth, Trader

You've done it again!

Another fantastic well organised show this year - in fact I think better than last year.

Many thanks to you and your team for all your hard work. Please pass that on.

I just wanted to say what a great day we all had. Thank you for the position that you placed us in, being under the trees was a great relief from the heat. We gave away in the region of 500 blown up balloons and a thousand leaflets. The childrens colouring competition, and the service personnel questionnaire went well with Phillip Stevens being the winner (not the childrens colouring competition!). Well done Phillip! We are very much looking forward to being there next year.Once again, many thanks.

Kindest Regards

Firstly I must thank you for the invitation to a very well organised event and I was honoured to represent the R.P.R.A. in the presenting of Pigeons in War.

I would like to thank you also for arranging for me to be accommodated on the large WW1 display which I thought was fantastic and a lot of work must have gone into preparing it, Aaron Couldrake and his team made me very welcome and I was given a place in one of the display tents which was very interesting, I had a lot of response from members of the public who showed a lot of interest in discussion with the achievement of the Pigeons in War as well as the great sport of racing pigeons, all of my leaflets were received gratefully and the youngsters enjoy their R.P.R.A. stickers  the interest came from across the board both the older and younger generations which I was a little surprised about, Bletchley Park will no doubt enjoy a few of the visitors from your event.

Just a quick note to thank you for a brilliant weekend. It's the first time we have attended as exhibitors and would love to come back next year and do it all again! We met some lovely people and was really nice to share stories and tell them about our motorcycle. Please pass on out thanks to all those fantastic people who helped make the weekend so good.

See you next year we hope.

Kind regards,

Phil & Louise Rendle

Just a quick note to say a massive thank you to you for letting us pitch our van for the weekend at the armed forces weekend. It was a fantastic event which you should be very proud of.

The pitch we had for the catering was amazing and we really couldn't of asked for anymore.

I can't wait for the next years armed forces weekend already

On behalf of the band I thank you for an excellent Wiltshire Armed Forces Day. We enjoyed being part of the parade and enjoyed the various displays in the park.

Please can thank all your marshals for their professionalism and for their assistance to the band on the day.

Could I just pass on my best wishes for what I thought was one of the best organised AFD events I have attended. The band were very much appreciated and lots of the public and event organisers engaged with the musicians, which is always important to them.

Thank you very much for inviting me to attend the VIP's Day, which I did enjoy very much. Despite the shower there was still a good crowd and atmosphere. It was a privilege to represent the Legion again, to meet old friends and meet new ones.

You continue to provide a great service for the community. Thank you very much.

Best wishes

My wife and I wanted to thank you for a tremendous day on Saturday. We thoroughly enjoyed the day and found the whole experience interesting and rewarding. So much so I even tried to juggle a few things to make the Sunday as well, unfortunately that was not possible.

I know from experience these type of events take a lot of time, effort and planning and have to say to you and your team that a first class event was put together and run. Well done to all involved and look forward to meeting up next year.

"Wonderful armed forces event Really enjoyed the parade & the atmosphere in the park"

Jeff Hooper  "I thought the park looked brilliant at the weekend. Nice to see it being used as it should be. The flower beds were beautiful."

A lady came in to the TIC to say it was a splendid event on both days. Well planned, lots to see and do and something for everyone. She said "It is something for Trowbridge to be proud of".

I’ve been chatting to one of our volunteers and I wanted to share their feedback with you. They said that it was a very well planned and executed event and we were very well situated (a big thank you for that !). They said the organisers were very helpful and co-operative. They were able to set up properly which was great. The three of them thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely attend again next year.

It’s brilliant feedback and you should feel extremely proud of yourself for all of your hard work. I must say though, the event is always very well organised and it’s always a pleasure being in touch with you, you always ensure I have all of the information we need.

Thank you again for inviting us to share the weekend with you.
